NEED ASSESSMENT OF INDIVIDUAL /ORGANISATION CONDUCTED
Detailed need assessment carried out by interaction with ALL stakeholders. Thereafter, standardized psychological tests are also used to identify gaps/deficits/areas for improvement. These tests are administered, scored and interpreted by globally certified and registered psychologists to determine Person, Task & Organizational Analysis
An environmental analysis is also carried out to ensure that a safe and conducive environment is provided to optimize readiness for transfer of learning /growth- Attitudes, Behaviour, Predispositions, Motivation and Emotional Intelligence is also determined.

Identify learning outcomes beneficial to organizations and customize training programme to ensure that it is meaningful and well organized.
IMPLEMENT
Selection of most suitable training method carried out using an eclectic approach for optimum transfer of learning and growth to take place.
EVALUATE & PROVIDE FEEDBACK
Monitoring and continuously conducting evaluating of the training being imparted; and if required making necessary change to improve the programme.
Confidential 360° feedback is individually provided to all the participants at the end of the training.
